Default 02 sensor or MAF sensor?

I have a 98 honda accord coupe V6 gold edition. It currently has 114,500 miles and I haven't done the tune-up yet and my check engine light came on yesterday, so I took it into AutoZone and plug there unit into my car to tell me what was going on with my car. There readout said "Fuel system too lean bank 1 (cylinger number 1 denotes bank 1), but the cleark said that it says cylinder 1-4 are running to lean so it was probably either my 02 Sensor or my MAF Sensor (mass air flow).

What sensor do you think is causing my check engine light to come on and where is it located at? Also, should I get the 100k tune-up done on my car?

Can you post the actual code. They start with the letter P and have 4 numbers, like P1234.

Were the spark plugs ever changed? Timing belt? If you timing belt is past due, I would definitely get that replaced.

No, I haven't replaced the spark plugs or timing belt, which I was planning on doing the tune-up this week probably.

Are you having the dealership/shop do this, or is the a DIY project?

I will replace the spark plugs myself, but I am going to have a auto technician do the timing belt for me.

Today when I drove my car to/from work, the Check Engine light never came on, sometimes it will come on and sometimes it doesn't come on at all. Does this help determine which needs to be replaced between the 02 Sensor or my MAF Sensor?

I would replace the spark plugs, distributor cap, distributor rotor, and the air filter, because maintenance could cause your code to pop up. Inspect the spark plug wires for signs of cracked insulation.

If the code returns after that maintenance, then we can troubleshoot further.

Your car takes NGK PZFR5F-11 spark plugs that you can pick up at most parts stores. Those are copper electrodes, and don't waste money on the platinum or iridium plugs.
