'03 Accord Blower stopped working
I have a '03 Honda Accord LX w/ 2.4
My fan just stopped, not even intermittent, just stopped. I took the fan out and hooked it up to the battery and it works like a champ, so I looked on here and someone had the same problem and they told him to change out the motor blower relay (14.99 @ O'Reillys) so i gave that a shot and the did not fix it. What would be the next logical choice the motor blower resistor?
Help.....https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/for...anyways%2A%2A/

There are two things you should do:
Check HVAC codes. See https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/for...-code-s-34589/
If you get code N, replace/repair transistor. See :https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/for...-repair-40796/
I will move this thread to the gen tech help forum, as it is the proper area to post these kind of questions.

Fixed!!!!
Well I tried to check the HVAC codes but I don't have an Acura and my console isn't set up that way...however the link you provided help out. I went down to Radio Shack, bought the resistor $1.19, soldered and now it is fixed! You guys are awesome. Thanks!!!

You should use that resistor as a temporary fix.
Read the notes I put into that writeup about using a fuse.
What you really need to do is replace the transistor and the thermal fuse under that board. What is likely happening is that the transistor is wearing out and overheating, thus blowing the thermal fuse. The thermal fuse is there to stop that module from overheating. You basically bypassed that safety mechanism, and you should repair properly.

I recently found an 03-07 manual for an accord. Here are the directions from that manual. See if this procedure works for finding codes.
1.Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
2.Press the AUTO button and then the OFF button. Continue to hold both buttons down for 1 minute.
If there is any problems in the system, the temperature indicator will light up the segment (A through Q) corresponding to the error. The temperature indicator will then alternate every second between displaying ‘‘88'' (all segments lit) and the error code segment (A through Q).
NOTE: The system will only display the DTC when the AUTO and OFF buttons are pressed. If you release the buttons, the display will go blank. To return the display, simply press the AUTO then the OFF buttons again.

No it doesn't. All it says is with or without navigation.
I don't know the subtle differences in the 03-07 accords. There could be differences between the sedan/coupe, 4cyl/V6, EX, LX, DX, or leather.
You could post a pic of your HVAC controls. I'm not sure if you are overlooking something, or if you have a different HVAC panel.
