Default 03 Accord: Lower AC controls

Hey guys, first time posting, any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Took my radio out to have the 6 disc changer cleaned out, when the radio shop cleaned it out and returned it to me, i reinstalled, and now my lower controls for the Air Conditioning don't work (defrosters, inside cabin, etc.) The radio repair shop assured me that they did nothing to that part of the radio (i believe its two totally different units just packaged together). So is there a fuse or something that might have blown?. All the regular AC controls above the lower lip work fine. (its dual climate control). Any thoughts? Thanks.

Did all the connectors get plugged back in tightly?

I would check the PCB for cracks caused by trying to unplug the connector. Why would you even clean out your cd changer? My cars are 9 and 15 years old respectively and the CD players are still functional.
