04 accord sat for 1 year, what do I do?

Personally, I'd pull the spark plugs, add a tad bit of oil to the cyl and spin the engine over by hand a few times. I wouldn't stress on the gas that much either. Change the oil as soon as you can, check and top off the other fluids and go....
