Hi All

My 2004 Accord auto 2.4L has been having an automatic overdrive issue lately.

It is most noticeable on a slight incline at city speeds (30 mph / 50 kph) but now occurs on flat runs too, the car shakes and seems to want to either drop out of overdrive back to third gear, or the TC lockup is not behaving maybe, I don't know.

I can move the gear selector back to third (d3) to stop the shaking and of course the rpms increase then. I have flushed the tranny fluid with the newer honda fluid twice but makes little difference. I was wondering if this was common and if so if there are any easy fixes I can try?

Have you checked for any stored codes?

Also please inspect the mounts for any that are broken.
