05 Accord not starting after installing iPod adapter
I just installed an iSimple Media Gateway PGHHD1 in a 2005 Honda Accord EX-L V6 AT. It's a seemingly pretty straight forward process - unhook the XM radio connector, plug that into the adapter's Y-splitter, and plug the adapter's male end back into the stereo. I did that, fired the car up, and it worked fine for about a minute before stopping.
Now, the car won't turn on. As soon as I turn the key to I ignition, the TCS and ABS lights come on, and there is a rapid clicking as all of the warning lights blink. The stereo doesn't power up at all.
I tried undoing the adapter and reverting back to stock, but it still won't start.
Any idea what could be wrong? I can't imagine that the battery suddenly went bad, but I also don't know what I could've done that would prevent the entire car from starting now.
Thanks for your help.
edit: The green immobilizer key indicator is flashing. I assume I've triggered an anti-theft measure? Is there a way to reset things without taking it to a dealership?

When the immobilizer is active, how much power does the car actually receive? Because I can't even shift into neutral (without the override), nor are power locks, remote unlock, windows, etc. functioning.

It sounds like you blew a fuse. If you have a volt meter, there is a quick way to check them. See this video:
