Default 06 Accord 2.4 -AC Compressor noisey

I changed the compressor, condenser and receiver dryer in July 2020 on my 06 Accord. I had to guess on how much oil to add because the old compressor was seized so no oil came out of it. I think I added 4 oz.
The chart said the total capacity was 5.3-5.8 = condenser .83 + evaporator 1.5 + hose .33. + receiver dryer .33 which leaves compressor ??2.81?
I calculated condenser .83 + receiver dryer .33 + compressor 2.84 =3.97
The compressor started making a noise in October at idle then went away when the RMPS increase. Since then I added Duracool A/C Chill DC0015 which adds dye and 1 ounce of oil. It is worse now so you can hear it when the compressor cycles in and out even with the AC off. I was wondering if the compressor is bad or maybe not the right amount of oil.
The chart said the total capacity was 5.3-5.8 = condenser .83 + evaporator 1.5 + hose .33. + receiver dryer .33 which leaves compressor ??3.14? I calculated condenser .83 + receiver dryer .33 + compressor 3.14 =4.3

Noises are tough to diagnose over the web. The bearing in the compressor pulley could be making noise.

Is the a/c blowing cold air?
