Are you talking about the manual for the 2000 V6? The interval for the t-belt and spark plugs on that changed to 105k.
The rest of the items are probably recommended to be done long before 100k.

silicone lasts a lot longer than rubber, it's not very prone to dryrot, and it is about 5 times stronger at resisting flex while under pressure or suction. AND, it doesn't cost more ..... well maybe a few dollars.

I'm almost in the same boat as you .... I have 90k. In addition to above, I'd add a PCV valve and gromet, new spark plugs (NGK or Denso only), 3 tranny fluid changes w/ 10 miles driven between changes, replace as many rubber vacuum hoses with silicone as you can, new radiator hoses (preferably Silicone, OBX makes them and their about the same price as rubber). Have the battery tested and change if needed. Change power steering and brake fluid. Flush the cooling system multiple times and rinse even more. Change the cabin air filters. Seafoam the intake. Marvel Mystry Oil in the crankcase, then flush the engine.
Most of this stuff can be done pretty easily at home and fairly cheaply too.

My experience is Honda's original vacuum tubing lasts practically forever. I'm trying to remember repairing a split end, but honestly can't. I actually went and picked up some used vacuum tubing from a Honda to use on my GM Suburban which was rotting like crazy.

wow, $800 on a v6 tbelt? we charge about $1200. this includes:
[ul][*]t-belt[*]water pump[*]coolant[*]t-belt auto tensioner[*]t-belt idler pulley and tensioner pulley[*]alt and ps drive belt[/ul]
i could see $580 for just the tbelt and labor, but if the tensioner fails the engine is done. if a pulley is noisy it's another $500 labor plus the part.
i'm glad it's still a belt. i can do them all(oddy, pilot, accord) in 1 1/2 hours.
i wouldn't worry about the vacuum lines either. a visual inspection is fine.
same thing with the radiator hoses - factory hoses on that car tend to outlast the radiator. so when the radiator goes replace both radiator hoses(and thermostat) with it.
same thing with the pcv valve. if the engine has been maintained(oil changes on time) you should be fine. if you insist on replacing it be sure to use a honda part.
the valve adjustment is check and adjusted at 105,000 miles, so if you're tearing down for the t-belt you might as well adjust the valves. (i find they usually require very little if any adjustment - go honda!)
you should just inspect the transmission fluid. if it looks pink it's fine. if it looks pink but hasn't been renewed at least once in 3 years renew it. if it's orangish brown renew it. if it's brownish-dark brownish - triple flush it.
no need to double or triple flush the coolant and rinse the cooling system. simply draining the radiator and draining the block and filling back up is fine. (use honda type 2 coolant).
cam and crank oil seals on the j series v6(your engine) very seldom leak, it's your call. i passed on mine, i'll do them next t-belt(in 2014, lol)
your spark plugs are platinum(not cheap - $150 for a set of 6) and 'due' at 105,000 miles. personally, i'd inspect the gap and if it's still 1.1mm-1.2mm let them ride another 30k or so and reinspect.
brake fluid should be done every 3 years.
inspect and replace dirty air filters(engine/cabin)
i don't like seafoam. i prefer the BG product line. BG CF5 in teh gas tank then 44k to follow it up, BG MOA in the engine oil and BG throttle cleaning is all it should need and then some.
