1990 EX red battery light stays on constantly
Hey Guys,
Just replaced alternator and battery. Charging system checks out well (13.5+ volts with heavy load), the engine continues to purr even with the negative terminal disconnected. All power features work perfectly, fuses are all excellent. Any thoughts on why this damn red light is staying on?

battery light
I have exactly the same issue,alternator checked,battery checked also fuses OK, My local mechanic is stumped, hope someone can help. Mine is an automatic year 2000.
