Just wanted to be sure

Did you happen to notice oil inside the tube or was there oil in the end of the plug wire?

Ok i think i found the connector blue thing does it look like this? I pulled back carpet to look but found this under glove box under dash---also i dont know whether to put the paper clip from hole 1 to hole 2 or hole 3 to hole 4(see picture i attached). I tried to start it before i looked for the connector, and some guy walking buy said it sounds like your fuel pump. FORGOT TO LOOK FOR OIL INPLUG---ITS DARK NOW SO I WILL IN THE MORNING

Look for the service check connector like the one shown in this thread:

https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/for...ad.php?t=49074

This may or may not have anything to do with your problem; but, the battery cable connector and cable seems a little iffy.

I went to double take a look at the spark pluggies becuz before when i said no oil, i had only looked at one. I went and pulled all 4, 2 didnt have any but look how much the other 2 had- so this changes things huh? So do i still have to check the codes?

Still check the codes. If you get misfire codes, then it might be explained by the oil. Some other codes might be additional things going on.

To fix the oil, it's a new valve-cover gasket set. Search for "oil in spark plugs" or something like that. Should be several threads with good explanations.

Hi Kristen, as the other members stated check the codes. The wire is located on the passenger side below the glove compartment on the side in front of the door. Also if oil is in the spark plug well. the valve cover need to be removed,and there are 4 seals that need to be replaced

Here is a link for the replacement of those seals;

after all this is done, your car should start up with no problem

Hope this helps!!!
