Check the wiring to the ignitor. If no shoddy repair work has been done, then see if you can get the car to stall by shaking the key when it is running.
It sounds like you have and ignitor problem, but do those tests first. O'Reillys can test ignitors. Have them repeat the test, because it might fail after it heats up.

Code 15, ignition output signal, means that the ECU has found the inition module (igniter) signal is not received by the ECU which indicates that the igniter is dead, has a loose connection or has failed intermittently. The ECU looks for the 10V reference signal from the igniter. If the car won't start because of this code then check for a loose connection or replace the igniter.

How about the part where you shake the key when the car is running?
The two pages below show the electrical testing for a code 15. The problem could be the ignitor, the wiring, or the ECU.
If you have a volt meter, test for 12V like on pg 6-185. You will not have the test harness for testing the input to the ECU on 6-186, but you can check those pins on the ECU to see if they are loose or corroded.
Let us know what you find.
