Default 1993 Accord Ignition switch replacement, how????

I have a 1993 Accord that was having problems starting. When I put the key in and turned it to the ON position, none of the dash lights came on but it would crank up quick and try to run, then shut off. When I turned the key "slightly" back in between the on position and off, all the dash lights would come on and I could hear the fuel pump charge up. I was able to get it started and drive it home but just barely. Once when driving, the tach and speedo shut off and went to zero as if I had turned the key off while it was running. This is why I think it is the switch itself.

First, do you think it is the switch??
Second, I could not find the switch on the Majestic Honda website. http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/ Do you know where it is?
Third, is this switch easily replaceable???

There's gotta be anairbag wiring harness somewhere in the general area, so you need to be careful. But I haven't had to replace that in my cars, so ???

For the Hondas I've owned, the airbag harness is always wrappedin bright yellow shrouds. So don't mess with anything that color. You shouldn't have to disconnect any yellow harnesses to do this work.

Airbag system is basically 'disabled'for allpractical purposeswhen the battery is disconnected. As a general warning, those things are really little explosives, so they can be set off by static electricity. Normal precautions about not hitting the airbags with a flame or electric sparkwould apply here. It's not THAT easy to set them off accidentally, but they are dangerous.

BINGO! We are back in business!! It wasn't that hard, but I did take off the lower panel below the steering column to make it easier to get the whole switch out. The airbagk wires were bright Yellow and easy to avoid.

THANKS for all your help. BTW, Honda calls this the "Steering Switch". Why, I don't know.
