1993 accord...interference..or crash motor??
i am sort of new here..so please forgive me if i am in the wrong subject....my son-in-law to be has just flung the timing belt on his older accord....i havent had time to do a cylinder test yet...to see if there is any damage....he said it just stalled...he was still in the parking lot of the apartment complex where they live so i think he was going pretty slowly....i see there are a few tutorials in youtube on my exact accord.....but none of them with failure....any suggestions?? 1993 accord ex coupe 2.2 automatic

If the timing belt went.......valve damage is high on the list. These are what are known as interference engines....meaning if the cam and crank are out of time...valve, meet Mr. Piston.
First thing you do when you get to the car- pull the upper timing belt cover and inspect the belt....do not try to start as if you are lucky and no damage is done, don't want to create it.
