Got different torque converter, trans is back in place. Bolting knuckles back on tonight after family picnic. Don't know if this will fix the problem, hoping it can point in the next direction. While tranny was out i cleaned it well and located inspection holes, to ease more testing on individual clutch packs. Will post findings later.

 

So what about an update ?

We are trying to get this one back to the owners place... 8ks through inner city streets. But only get 1 to 1.5 ks at a time b4 having to let it sit for some time..

Students too cheep to pay for haulage...
