1993 honda accord 5 spd ... tops off at 82mph

Default 1993 honda accord 5 spd ... tops off at 82mph

it doesnt have much power.. it feels like it struggling up hills on 5th gear at 60 mph.. IS MY TIMING OFF?

"I" did my own timming.. i adjusted the valves..new spark plugs.. new wires..new distributor.. cleaned EGR valve.. new catalytic converter.. cleaned O2 sensor..cleaned IAC valve.. i replaced the clutch but i didnt machine the fly wheel .. would that have any affect?

is my ignition timing off?

idk what else to do.. any help would be greatly appreciated

Did these problems start right after you did all of the work? If yes, I would remove the valve cover and line up the crankshaft to TDC by looking at the mark on the flywheel. See if the two marks on the cam sprocket line up with the top of the cylinder head.

Honda's are particular to certain sparkplugs - did you use NGKs at .044 gap setting? All wires on tight, all vacuum hoses attached.....Timing being off would cause loss of power.
