1994 accord lx cuts off and bogs when coming to a stop.
Lately ive been having an issue with my beater wanting to die out on me at stop lights. If i slow down or come to a stop it will have a REALLY weak idle then cut off,if I try to raise the idle by giving it some gas, nothing happens, the motor does not respond at all. Once it does cut off it also takes a few attempts to get it to start back up.
Any ideas??

It could be something as simple as spark plugs, dist. cap, rotor, air filter. Are your maintenance items up to date? Check that all ends of the battery cables are clean and secure.
Check for any codes stored in the ECU. Short the service connector and count the check engine light blinks as directed on this site: http://www.dhost.info/accordinfo/howto/cel.html
The next thing that I would do is remove the intake tube from the throttle body and clean the throttle plate and bore with throttle body cleaner. Use an old toothbrush to clean both sides of the plate.

New parts include:
Dizzy
Ignition coil
wires
plugs
Fuel filter
Front oxygen sensor(before catalyst)
Headgasket(had a pin hole leak)
Throttle body gasket
throttle body was cleaned when the new gasket was installed,it does not have any check engine lights but I am almost positive it is a electrical problem, because sometimes it will drive fine, sometimes not.

Ok, you have done a lot on your car.
It is hard to diagnose the source of the problem that occurs intermittently and only when driving. I would suggest checking all the battery connections again, and check and clean all of the grounds. That site (http://www.dhost.info/accordinfo/) has the 94 shop manual in pdf form. The electrical portion (page 23-14), shows all of the ground connections in the engine compartment. Also check that all sensors are connected properly (map, tps, air temp, etc....). Also check that all of the vacuum hoses are properly routed (11-8 in the fuel section of that shop manual too). Just check to see if there are any codes stored in the ECU.

I was typing while you reported back. Your accord only has one O2 sensor. You look at the fuel and emissions for the list of codes. 11-34 has some electrical tests to try on the O2 sensor.
If your accord is an EX, the O2 sensor is near the catalytic converter. An LX/DX is on the exhaust manifold....
EDIT: your O2 sensor is on the exhaust manifold.... just read the title again.

I have a special edition,it came factory with rear disc but now power sunroof. Im honestly unsure if I do or dont have a secondary o2 sensor.
However due to the website above I have narrowed it down to
:Iacv
:Fuel pressure regulator
:ECU
:EGR system
Now since its something that started gradually,I narrowed out vacum lines, but not leaks.
Ecu would not gradually cause this,it would do it once, and keep doing it.
