Default 1994 honda accord ex abs!!!!!!

I pulled the code and i got a 1-2 and i know that the code is for the pump being overrun. My question is can the abs relay have anything to do with getting this code. And is there anyway to reset the abs motor to see if it is working at all cuz it doesnt even click or turn on or nothing but it doesnt have any leaks or anything and i tried to bleed it but wasnt quite sure on the process i loosened the bleeder cap and turned the car on and pumped the brakes and nothing happened but common sense tells me if the pump is overrun you will not have anything coming out of the bleeder cap. So if anyone has any knowledge about my problem please leave it!!!!!!!!!
Thanx

Download the manual, see the DIY section. So when you staart the car there is not a "buzz" from the left/drivers side.

Anyway, check the fluid in the abs unit. bleed per procedure. Then there are TSB's on replacing the o-ring.
