1994 Honda Accord LX D4/oil light flashing

Yes code 14 was from the D4 lamp. I have no check engine light, oil pressure light, or any other light flashing though.

D4 light still flashing. Happens so much now that the car is virtually undrivable. Shortly before the D4 light starts flashing and the car stalls out, you can hear a clicking noise from the driver side dash. Almost sounds like a relay tripping out. Any ideas on the noise? Is this where the TCM is located? If not can anyone help me locate both the ECM and the TCM?

Not 100% sure, but on my 97, it was mounted on the floor, behind the passenger toe panel. On it though, the ECU and TCU are together as 1 unit. While the ECU might be located on the floor, the TCU might be located on the tunnel top behind the console/dash.

The ECU and TCU are next to each other under the passenger toe panel.
