1994 Honda Accord LX Transmission Computer (TCM/TCU)
When i bought my honda accord from a private seller, he told me that all it needed was a transmission computer because it has problems shifting. If i leave it in D3 it will stay in 3rd gear and my D4 light doesnt come on at all neither my needle lights come on so idk wats up with all that but i have to manually shift it (only 2nd & 3rd gear) NO 1st shift. So i went on ebay and got one and it finally came in yesterday, i removed it and installed the one i just got and it still does the same thing. What else could be wrong?

There can be all sorts of things that can cause your problems.
I think that you will need to figure out why the D4 bulb is not turning on. It could be a burned out bulb, the a/t gear position switch, or the wiring. Once you have a working D4 light, then you can short the service connector and see if any TCU codes are stored. You may want to short the service connector anyway and see if the D4 light flashes.
I would download the 94 shop manual from the links in the Online Manuals thread in the DIY section. 23-163 is the start of the section you want to look at. And 23-168 has the continuity tests for the gear position switch.
