1995 accord cigarette and radio not getting power
i have a 1995 accord lx engine swapped with the H22a and the guy i bought it off seriously messed up the wiring on the car anyways 2 days ago my radio and cigarette lighter were both getting power working fine now there both not and i've replaced the fuses on the car still nothing i checked with a multi meter and the radio and the cigarette are both getting power the fuses aren't blown so what does that mean? side note since the guy who sold me the car messed up the wiring so bad im afraid the fuses on the honda manual diagram have been rewired and are not the same as the diagram on the manual if this is the case how do i figure out what goes to what if anyone suggests contacting him he blocked my number a year ago when i bought the car

Doesn't look like you have an issue with the power side, so the fuse box is ok. Inspect the wiring from the fuse box for obvious splices to see what wire colors had some work. You can also pull the fuse you tested on the radio and see if the test light turns off.
Now you'll need to test the ground side of the circuit. It is probably easier to test the cigarette lighter power and ground as there are less wires. Hook you test light up to a good power and see if the ground wire can run enough current to light up the test light.
