1995 Honda Accord Ex - Auto - Transmission acting funny at times.
I have a 1995 honda accord ex. Auto v6. with only 66k original on the car. It has been sitting for about 2 years before I bought it. I have done all the basic stuff to her. Plugs, wires, distributor cap/ rotor, ignition coil, and tranny fluid. The transmission downshifts funny. Sometimes it comes out of 3rd hard to second gear. Sometimes taking off 2nd to 3rd will be hard shift but not all the time. So I am wondering if from sitting that long I just need to flush tranny fluid real good and that might help or is this just normal gear wear?
What are your opinions on aftermarket additives to transmission fluids? Should they even be used on a honda transmission?
Thanks for all the help!

Honda automatics don't seem to like power-flushing. Drain/fill, multiple times if the fluid comes out dirty, seems the best way to do it. Use Honda fluid, not Dexron.
disclaimer: I try my best to NOT own any automatic trannys so this is hearsay from other people on this board...
