Just giving some other options. If the valve lash is good and the EGR/ports are cleaned you can try a smoke test possibly a new fuel filter (even though that would cause random misfires if bad). Possibly cleaning the PCV and MAF. Check the catalytic converter to see if it's clogged/rattling.

Your compression numbers are good and all within range, so I would recommend not touching the valves.
Please tell us more about what was done to the car right before you started having the misfire? Was any work done on the car, or did you notice the problem after filling up the gas tank?
How did you determine that #1 cylinder was misfiring?
How long were you having the problem before you replaced the distributor? Has the same problem returned since you replaced the distributor, or is the problem something different?
Didn't get a good look at your pictures yesterday. Plug up that open port with a cap. Remove the 7.5 amp backup/radio fuse in the engine bay fuse box for a minute, then reinstall the fuse to reset the ECU.

So in regards to the engine I haven't done much besides a valve cover gasket and oil Pan gasket I change the opera lower ball joints the rack and pinion the high pressure line and the cv axles. The car has been on Jack stand for 3 weeks. Then when I started it up and it ran like crap I changed the spark plug wires and spark plugs. Then after starting it up It still sounded like ****. So i did a compression test then i changed the distributor the hole thing. Started it up and ran great. Took it for a drive. Came back home and it started sounding like **** again
