You have replaced lots of parts but performed minimal diagnosis. Hence you still don't know any fundamental facts (fuel or ignition causing stoppage).
A sudden engine stoppage is likely loss of ignition or fuel pressure. When stoppage/no start occurs do you have all dash lights (oil, CEL, alt lights) on? If not, an ignition switch problem is likely.
When no-start is present, can you hear the fuel pump come on for 2-3 secs and run? If yes, then fuel delivery is unlikely the problem.
When no-start is present, try to start w/ a 10 sec injection of throttle body cleaner or starter fluid into the air intake duct. If it starts briefly and dies, then fuel delivery is problem and ignition is good. If it doesn't start, ignition fault; keyswitch, ignitor, coil, wiring, CPS, etc.
