Question 1998 Accord flashing door, brake, battery, ABS light on dash

When driving the door, brake, battery and sometimes the ABS light will flash. It happens while coming up to speed then stops when I get to 50ish. The car seems the drive fine. I just started using the E-brake for parking and this is what happened. I stop using the E-brake and cleared the computer and is still happening, no code comes up when checking the computer.

Thanks Amber

Frist I have to admit this sounds very stange to me, also I have not spent much time with this gen.
Is this a 4 or 6 cyl. Have you checked all of the battery connections to be sure they are clean and tight. The alt belt is tight and not slipping and the output of that alt is good.

Its a 4cyl, and i checked all the conacts on the battery. The alternator was replace a couple of years ago, with all belts. Its like a light show in my car, I have always worked on my own car but I don't like wiring problems.

I would have the battery and alternator tested at a parts store like advance auto parts. A failing battery/alternator can give you some strange problems.

A slipping harmonic balancer can cause strange problems. Charge light will not illuminate, but battery will decline to point of engine quitting due to low voltage. The rubber bushing in the harmonic balancer separates allowing outer pulley to slip, preventing alternator drive belt from driving alternator fully.

I had this problem on an Acura TL and it took quite some time before problem was discovered.

Worth checking closely to be sure you're getting good voltage to battery. An inexpensive battery voltage monitor ( $15 last I checked) from Walmart stuck in cigarette lighter works well.

good luck
