>>>>> Jimblake , ooops ok, the top rad hose was hard too. Had to have been from air pressure. i burped the system and the pressure was released.

** Heres an update, Monday I took the car to the Honda dealer to get diagnosed. They did a pressure test, and leaking 3% and 4% from all cylinders. It was or is a blown head gasket. Having them clean everything and installing new timing belts and water pump , the whole 9 yards. Its my wifes car so i make sure it is in good order where we dont have to worry about this cr*p again or soon. (peace of mind) . They told me after cleaning the BLOCK that its at maximum clearance of 0.04. Can anyone give me info on that? and does that sound right? Thanks everyone. Car should be ready by thurs.

Well, I hate that I was right about the head gasket but at least is will be fixed now.

EDIT: If I'm following the question and comment by the dealer correctly, they are talking about the head warpage. According to what I see anything less than .05 mm is considered OK.
