1999 Accord Coupe LX Won't Start
I've had this car for over a year and had to get major knee surgery about a month ago. So basically the car has been sitting in my garage (covered of course) and I went to move it to prevent the tires from balding and it won't start at all. Now I out Stab-il and octane 94 gas in it before putting it away. When I turn the key it turns over but just won't start up.
Also during summer months when the temperature is above 90 (about 30 celsius) it won't start either. So annoying!
Hope I can get some answers.

Your description sounds like a main fuel relay problem, but you should first dignose. Turn the key to the II position, but do not try to start the car. While the check engine light is on for the bulb check, the fuel pump should turn on for those two seconds. The sound is a faint whirling/buzzing sound coming from the back seat, so turn off the radio, blower, etc...
If that sound is missing when your car will not start, and the sound is present when your car starts, then I would try repairing the solder on the main relay or replace the main relay.
If you know how to solder, I would repair one joint at a time. I removed the old solder using a copper wick and a hot soldering iron, put some flux on the bare joint, then heated the bare joint with my iron, and put on new solder. There are videos out there on how to do this, just do a google search.

Car not working.
I also parked my car for a full year without moving it. It would turn on cool days but not hot at all.Hit your main relay with a screw driver or something and you will hear a click after try turning on your car if it works its your main relay.if you dont hear a click then you need a new one.

Copy and past the link below in your browser. The location for a 99 is shown towards the end of the page.
The page also shows how to disassemble the relay to access the solder.
