1999 Accord D4 Flashing
The Car is a 1999 Honda Accord SiR with a F20B moror.
For the past couple weeks I have been getting this flashing D4 while driving.
When this happens I would not be able to get into Gears 1 and 4.
I retrieved the flashing D4 codes and I got a code 23 two long flassed followed quickling by 3 short flashes.
I have been searching all around for what this code means but have not been sucessful in doing so.
Any help you guys can provide would be greatly appreciated.
My CEL is also throwing a Code 7 which means there is a problem with my TPS.
The main issue is the Flashing D4 which throws a code 23
Thanks for any help and advice you can offer.

RE: 1999 Accord D4 Flashing
code 23 = p1773 ...clutch pressure control solenoid valve B ,
disconect the connector at solenoid valve and chk the resistance at the solenoid valve use an ohmmeter resistence should be around 5 ohm .
if it is way off, replace solenoid valve assembly
If in specs, remove solenoid valve assembly, clean the passages in the tranny and possible debris in the valve screen , clear the computer code and test drive it
I would also replace the tranny fluid if it looks dirty use only Honda ATF-Z1
