1999 Honda Accord - cranks no start
At my wits end
Crank but no start
I have checked
Good strong spark
Proper pulse on all 4 injectors
Fuel pump
40 psi at the pump and pressure at the rail
Main relay - fine
tested all fuses.
removed rocker cover
cam is turning fine no sign of damage
timing belt not broken
Key immobilizer light sequence working as it should
flashes a couple of times and then goes out
I'm out of ideas here

Pull the sparkplugs after trying. Are they wet with fuel? Possible rich/flooded condition?
No guarantees, but just something else that's easy to check. I once had sparkplugs that were fouled by excess fuel. When I fixed the fuel problem, it still wouldn't start. Plugs "looked" just fine, and I used another plug off my junk shelf to check the spark. When my wife said I was just too stubborn to put in new plugs, I did that & it started right up.

Suggest attempting to start w/ starter fluid or throttle body cleaner. A 10 sec blast down the air intake.
If no start continues, then spark is too weak. If it starts and runs briefly, then fuel delivery is at fault.
When everything appears good and no-start continues, something is wrong w/ diagnostic.
good luck

Solved
Did a compression check - 145 psi in the two left cylinders 55 psi in the second two. That would indicate a blown head gasket...guess that's about it for this old Honda. The car is just too old to consider investing that much time into it.
Thanks for your suggestions
