Really sounds like #13 7.5amp pass side underdash fuse is blown. Please verify, as I read it everything you list as "not working" ties/runs thru this fuse.

Here is a pic of the pass underdash fuse panel that I am using to identify #13 and what it controls.

poorman212,

your the MAN!!! that's what is was. thank you for your help.

I have one more question issue maybe you can help me with.

I have to turn the ignition to the II position for any of my accessories to work. the I position is dead. nothing, no stereo or window control. Could this be as easy of a fix as the last one? how did you learn so much about Hondas?

thanks again for fixing my problem,

hope to hear from you!!

Windows won't work until you get to II on the switch (o=off and key out, I= Acc, II= IgnI, III = start).

I'll guess the wires for the aftermarket radio are not correct as power should go to the radio in "key pos I = Acc).

I'm not "the man", there are members on here that dance circles around me, that is what make HAF work so well .....I do get lucky every now and then .

I've had the pleasure of having at least one Accord in my driveway for over 25 years. Then add I just try to help, buy manuals/wire diagrams and such for Accords I don't/haven't ever owned just so I can try to help......call me stupid.

Let me look for for some things that should be "on" in "pos I" and I'll post back.

Have you tried the acc power sockets with the key in pos I.
