2000 Accord passenger fan trouble
The passenger side fan in my Accord isn't working properly. The fuses aren't blown and the plug is receiving power, but when I turn on the AC there's no response. If I turn the blade manually it starts moving as it should though. Just wondering if I should just bite the bullet and buy a new motor or if something else might be wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like you need a fan motor.
To be 100% sure, you can connect a test light across that fan motor connector. Start the car and turn on the a/c. If the bulb turns on, then you verified the circuit is good. A digital volt meter could mislead you, because it doesn't draw much current.
