On my way home form work yesterday my check engine light came on and then began flashing. The car began to ride very rough and idle irradicly. I hooked up the OBD II and got the codes P0301 and P1399 (multiple cylinder missfires) I changed the plugs, the egr valve, and the O2 sensors. I started the car and after a few minutes the car began to iddle weird dropping from 1500 rpms to 500. Then the light came on again and it threw the same code. I disconected the map sensor and and noticed a difference in idle and did the same with the tp sensor. It seems like it could be anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the info. I ran the test this a.m. and EGR is functioning properly. I did not change the plug wires. Could this be a possible cause? How about the catalytic converter?
