2000 Honda Accord door locks Multiplex Help
Hello All,
I have been having door lock issues in my 2000 honda accord as well as dashlight issues. I have read many forum responses and went ahead and replace my multipex units both of them. After replacing, the door locks still are not working correctly. The only one that opens is the drivers side when using the door switch. They sound like they want to work, but they don't. Any help...please.
What I have tried: intermittent wiper in the middle and turned key on for 10 seconds to reset multiplex.

Do you have a shop manual for this car? At $27 it might be worth it.
Is this a 2 or 4 door?
Have you put power directly to the door lock on the pass front and see that it does work?
Which lights on the dash are not working.....can I assume it it the "back light" when driving at night?

Follow Up
Thanks for the response. It is a 4 Door SE, and no I have not put direct power to the passenger side, I will try that. Based on all the issues I was having, some light out on dash, shifter light out, clock light out, and assume that the a/c an heater controls are supposed to light up, not the green part above the section, but so you can see what you want to select and in defrost, foot, vent etc. also the cruise control button on lift side light out. So after researching these issues and reading other responses I conclude that I should replace Multiplex units, so I did and I really see no difference. I have dash lights, but it appears to be only one, haven’t pull dash out yet. My main concern is the door locks right now. I am also thinking all the lights out, are just bulbs. I am still troubleshooting so any help is appreciated. The only manual I have right now is a Haynes manual.
