Suggest checking the AC pressure switch first. It should show closed, if there is adequate charge. If switch shows open, then system has a leak that has allowed coolant to escape.

If switch shows closed contacts, then check relays, etc.

A wiring diagram is helpful. Check Online Manuals in DIY forum for a download manual.

good luck

I checked for voltage on the condenser fan and it showed no voltage either. Maybe I'm not using this multimeter correct

I took a look at my 96 accord and both fans come on when I turn the A/c on but that is not the case with the 2001 accord
Could all three relays be no good. Can't see how that would be.

Is the condenser fan working when you plug it in?

The driver side fan comes on only after the car has been running for a while but not when you turn the A/C on.
Where is the pressure switch located?
Also. I tried to find a repair manual for 2001 but no luck. Might not be looking in the right place.

Something is up with the radiator fan, but lets ignore that for now.

Since neither fan turns on when you turn on the a/c, the pressure switch is the next place I would look. The pressure switch is either on or near the receiver/dryer canister. This will be in the general area below the battery. Just follow the a/c lines and the pressure switch will be the only item that has an electrical connector on the a/c lines.

I found the pressure switch. How do I go about checking it with the multimeter i.e. which setting to use?

Ohms (resistance) check. Use lowest ohms range possible. Resistance should be near zero of switch is closed and should be infinite (very highest ohms reading) if open. Open switch means refrigerant charge pressure is low and leak has allowed refrigerant to escape.

good luck

Just me but there is a common fuse involved here.

Can you verify voltage to the #4 socket of the AC Compressor relay with key on? ....from the female socket to body ground

EDIT: nevermind......I didn't follow the other branch from that fuse....it goes to the panel. Which seems to be working fine.
