2001 EX California o2 sensor-help selecting proper part
Hello,
So I know I need to change both of my o2 sensors, but Im having trouble selecting the right ones for my car. I live in California so they have to meet different emissions standards.
Ive done some research and think that these two (front and rear) might be the proper ones.
Front: Denso 234-9014 (listed as Part# W0133-1606912, not sure if its the same thing)
Denso Front Oxygen Sensor Direct OE replacement
Rear: Denso 234-4621
Im set to buy them from amazon as they have the cheapest prices including shipping but I would like to get the opinion of someone with more experience.
I was told that the rear sensor doesnt have to meet any california standards but im still not quite sure.
Ive looked at RockAuto and Autopartsarehouse among a handful of other sites trying to figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Are all ULEV parts California approved then?
I had looked at the densoaftermarket website but it doesn't say anything about the sensors being California approved.
Sorry if Im just not understanding but some websites give contradicting information. Some mention that the o2 sensors fit California models while others don't give any information to that regard.
Thanks.
UPDATE:
I found these two front o2 sensors and I cant quite figure out which one is the right one for my car.
http://www.car-stuff.com/carparts/ho...ings+Page%3A13
http://www.car-stuff.com/carparts/ho...tings+Page%3A6
They both say they are for California vehicles but I dont know what the difference is besides price.
I also keep seeing that Denso part #s 234-9025 and 234-9014 are both possibilities but again there are some contradictions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I think CARB is only for parts where you're changing something. Direct replacement parts (even if not boxed as "HONDA") are still OEM-equivalent.
Not all California cars are ULEV. Honda was required to sell a certain percentage of ULEV cars, but not 100%. So make sure your parts source lists 2 different part numbers for the front O2 sensor (ULEV and non-ULEV). The rear sensor is likely the same for either engine.
