You need to check the codes to figure out what the computers detected.

Read this thread on how to check codes, then post the codes on here.

hi I'm having the same issue with my 2002 Honda Accord. When I turn the key on all the lights plus the D4 light comes on. I've replaced fuses and done everything shy of dropping the transmission. I need help figuring out this issue please.

I moved your post to a new thread. It gets confusing when 2 potentially different problems are posted on one thread.

ere is the thread you are referencing: https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/for...ts-p-d4-40776/

Any work recently done on your car?

What happens when you try to start your accord?
