Default 2002 honda accord crank bolt

I am trying to do a timing belt replacement on this 02 accord. I can not get the crank bolt loose I have put heat to it with a propane torch but no luke breaking it loose and i am using a heavy duty impact. The crank does turn slightly while i am torking so i wonder if that my be a problem .Any ideas would be great thanks

Notice there's a large hex-shape recess in the pulley. There's a tool that fits in there, to hold the pulley while allowing a socket inside to remove the bolt. Still, people have broken 3/4-drive breaker bars because they need long pipes to increase leverage.

With an impact, use a short (not deep-well) impact socket. Use no extensions. Either of those will reduce the torque that's actually delivered to the bolt. Probably have to remove the plastic inner fender liner in order to get that in there.

Or... take the car to a shop, let 'em loosen that bolt with a REALLY big impact wrench, then tighten it enough to drive home & finish dismantling.

You're not alone having difficulty with that one.

Look for threads about timing belts. I've seen people posting where they ordered it from.
