Default 2003 Coolent leak

I have 2003 Honda accord with over 200k on it. The cars runs very good and I intend to keep it to the end.
Yesterday I ran over a hump, a bit too quick. In the evening I saw temperature was high and then saw steam. I pour water in and managed to get car back home.
This morning I saw the leak point, it was below the starter but there is no hose...
Anyone know what is below the starter that could cause the leak?

I think it is the starter - on the left side laying flat close to the engine body.

Thank you for your help.

Zhen

The starter is underneath the intake manifold and difficult to see. Is the leak near a component with a pulley and driven by the serpentine belt?

Do you mean the passenger or the driver side?

Left is driver's side.

If it is the passenger side (right), the water pump is on that side.

It is on the passenger side. in front of the engine, near the battery, I am not sure it is starter or AC compressor, but it was in plain sight. The leak was under it, I could a stream of water coming from below the part, the part blocked the view. I will try to shoot a photo. it is too dark now.

Default 2003 Coolant leak

The waterpump is right there at the belt-drive pulley, #6 in the picture.

But maybe it's the thermostat housing, #10. It bolts up to a big housing, right at the #13 label in the picture.

Thanks. I marked the location of the leak in the image. It is below this major part.

That's an F-series engine, so that cannot be a 2003 car. That's near the starter for a 1998-2002 Accord.

You are right. We bought in 2003 the 2002 car. I did not realize the big difference.
I think the leak was directly below the starter but there is no tube anything. where possibly the leak comes from?
Thanks.
