Since it is a F23, the leak may be from the heater hose, located under the distributor, and leaking down.

 

There's also a couple other things, but probably the heater hose is most likely.
ECT sensor in the end of the head?
Top radiator hose attachment at the head?
Smaller coolant hoses to the TB, but that would probably leak farther aft in the engine compartment.
