Default 2003 Honda Accord TPS issues "Not Ready" for emissions

I have a 2003 Honda Accord. I recently replaced the TPS sensor with a after market sensor at a fraction of the cost of going through the Honda dealership. I configured the sensor as directed (.045 - .05 on the sensor with volt meter). I have driven the car for the last 1 1\2 month and over 1000 miles, without the Check engine light coming back on. Every time i take it in for the emissions i keep failing, do to multiple sensors reading "Not Ready". Haven't i driven it enough i even found on the internet that you need to do the drive cycle to allow the computer to reconfigure for emissions. DONE THAT! PLEASE HELP! What are my options or what do i need to do?

Try a hard reset by PullIng the battery for a minute. You can monitor sensor status by using an advanced code reader

Ive removed the connection from the battery over night, I've even removed the recommended fuse. I've had it tested 3 times now at the emission place.

Do you have the old part ? you can use it to make sure the ecm isn't being funny. I Iike to stick with OEM parts for sensors and engine management

Have your battery tested. Sometimes a weak battery will cause this problem.

Look in the DIY section where I posted some information on readyness codes. There's specific things you have to do during the drive cycles. It's not as simple as just driving, but it IS easy to do.
