2004 Honda Accord V6 overdrive problem

Read the posts carefully. Only one AF sensor is involved, and two circuits (heater and sensor) have failed at same time. Simultaneous failure is unlikely suggesting possible wiring or connector fault.
If you replace both AF sensors, w/o diagnostics and inspection, be prepared for finding the problem has not been fixed.
good luck

DTC P2254: Front A/F Sensor (Bank 2, Sensor 1) VS Line High Voltage
DTC P0154: Front A/F Sensor (Bank 2, Sensor 1) Heater System Malfunction
Multiple trouble codes sometimes occur. See this link regarding P0154, which refers to troubleshooting P2254 first. Your brother can probably help you out on it.
• If DTC P2251 and/or P2254* is stored at the same time as DTC P0134 and/or P0154*, troubleshoot DTC P2251 and/or P2254* first, then recheck for P0134 and/or P0154*.
• Information marked with an asterisk (*) applies to the front bank (Bank 2).
