I was thinking the same thing but the info I had shows that wire as providing constant power so I didn't want to mess with it. I know we have it in the correct slot on the modular connector as we check it several times. My son is going to take it to a Honda dealership. The fellow there agreed to look at it at no charge. Well, at least the fog work. Hopefully the guy can find the issue. I'll let you know what we find out.

 

Just on a strange hunch, I looked at your profile - don't know where you are from.

During 1998-2002, the headlight wiring diagram was completely different for USA vs. Canada. Don't know if that's the case for 2004, but maybe ???
