2005 accord cupholders

Hi, I own a '05 accord coupe and one of the "gripping arms"-or what ever its called has come out.

how do i go about taking apart the cup holder area?

This sorta shows that it's held in place by spring clips. Maybe someone knows the perfect place to pry it up?
