DTC P0498: EVAP Canister Vent Shut Valve Circuit Low Voltage
DTC P0135: A/F Sensor (Sensor 1) Heater Circuit Malfunction
First check under-dash Fuse No. 4 (15A) and No. 23 (7.5A). Both these fuses are related to the A/F sensor relay (located in the under-dash fuse/relay box). The A/F sensor relay provides power to both the EVAP Canister Vent Shut Valve and the heater circuit of the A/F sensor.
If the fuses are good and power is at both sides of the fuses, you can swap the A/F sensor relay with the one of the relays right next to it (as they should be the same type) to see if things change. The A/F sensor relay is located in the under-dash fuse/relay box, at the bottom row with 4 relays, from left to right, it is the 3rd relay.
If no change, wiring may be checked next.
