You wouldn't have just the pressure plate replaced, you would have the whole clutch replaced. Depending on labor rates and the parts used, I'd guess 700-1100 for everything.
Shop around to get quotes. If you go with an aftermarket clutch, use Excedy. They make the OEM clutch for Honda.
