i checked these out and terminals 10 grn/wht and 15 wht/red are not hot with key off, or not even with key on.
and terminal no 20 is hot with the key on.
I also discovered of fuses 24-25-26 and 27 p/w fuses, 27 is the only one that’s hot, other 3 are not hot and not blown

 

I also discovered of the underhood fuses, these are not hot and also not blown either

 

Under-dash Fuse No. 24, 25, and 26 only get power if the driver's door master switch sends a ground signal to the power window relay.

If the door locks and windows worked before removing the Karr system, was there some wire removed at the under-dash fuse box going to the door jamb?

Power from the under-dash fuse box fuse no. 7 (10A) and 27 (20A) goes through wires at the Connector C632 at the door jamb. You might want to examine the wiring running from the fuse box, through the door jamb, to the master switch.

 

Those fuses are related to the headlights. The headlight switch has to be turned on for high beam or low beam before power goes through the headlight relays to those fuses.

 

Check the #23 P/W 50A fuse in the engine bay fuse box.

Do I test this with a volt meter correct, not a test light

 

I’m sorry guys, all alarm wires were put in with a single wire quick splice connector but I forgot about this one. It has 2 green and 2 blue wires that go up behind the fuse box. They were all crimped together on one side of the connector and on the other side was a single brown wire that went to the KARR alarm. Should I just snip and tape the 4 wires at the connector for now, or should I wait till this weekend when I can tear it apart to see what’s going on behind the fuse block. Thanks for all of y’all’s help.

 

I recommend waiting and trying to figure out what was done to the wires before messing with them. You may want to google the installation instructions for your alarm system to see what wires were cut to revert back to the factory setup.

 

I also suggest check the wire behind the box. It was just too much of a coincidence that everything stopped working once you removed the alarm meaning there was still a wiring issue. What are those blue quick connects in the pic for. You have a lot going on under the dash.
