Default 2007 Honda Accord Ignition problem

BADLY need help
I have a 2007 Honda accord, the ignition key won't turn the ignition lock, it doesn't feel like the steering lock is on as the wheel moves left and right some.
The key works in the door lock just fine. I did have some problem inserting the key so sprayed it with wd40 and now it goes in and out but it still won't turn the ignition cylinder.
I've also replaced the battery in my key.

Can you release the shift lock and get the transmission in neutral then get the key to turn? Do the brake lights turn on when you push the brake pedal?

No key will not turn at all, others have suggested that it is probably a stuck waffer in the key cylinder.
