2010 Accord V6 EXL Color faded after buffing
Hi everyone:
I have a 2010 Honda Accord V6 EXL with Polish Metallic color. I bought a touch-up paint from the dealership and applied the paint with clear coat afterward to a small area (about the size of a dime). The touched area turned out to be darker than the original paint, but can't compliant about it.
I waited couple days before I hand buffed the touched area. During the buff, the color of the untouched area near by begun to fade out (became light silver color instead). I wonder if the clear coat + paint of the whole entire car is so thin??? Is there anyway I can fix the faded area???
I tried to find the email address of Honda's customer service, but couldn't find it anywhere online, does anyone have it? Thanks!
