Hello, I have a 2010 Honda Accord Ex-L Coupe Manual 3.5 with engine code p2646 and 2647 I changed out one oil pressure switch, and solenoid, but have scoured and searched for the other vvt oil pressure switch and cannot find it. Apparently with the I-vtec in my 3.5 it has a completely different setup than normal 3.5 engines. I was curious if anyone knows the location of the 2nd vvt oil pressure switch or if there even is one. Please if you have any information let me know.

 

It is near the oil filter on the V6, M/T. It is number 18 in this parts diagram. The P2646 and P2647 may be due to the rocker arm oil pressure switch and/or the screen clogged (number 14).

V6 A/T doesn't have it.

 

I recently just changed the oil pump along with the screen, both oil pressure switch 17, vvt pressure switch 18, and the vvt solenoid. Still have both codes for it. I tried doing some research and I don't know if there is another vvt oil pressure switch anywhere else other than number 18. I have also thoroughly done oil changes and motor flush to try to resolve the issue to no avail. Any other suggestions to fixing codes p2647 and 2646? Or even if there is another vvt pressure switch on the engine somewhere else? Thankyou so much for your reply though!

 

Those are the only oil pressure switches for a 2010 V6 with M/T.
