2012 Accord USB Adapter/Cig Lighter...are they always on?
So my new 2012 Accord LX-P has 2 cigarette adapters and 1 usb plug. If I leave stuff plugged into those, such as usb drive with music plugged in usb plug or phone plugged into cig lighter via an adapter, would it drain the car's battery when the car is Turned OFF??
Thinking about getting one of these USB/Cig adapters:
Would it be ok to just leave it plugged in without worrying about vampiric/trickle battery drain?
Thanks.

Thanks.

Are you sure the devices stay charged even if your car is completely turned off? That isn't the case with my 2005 Accord.
And even if they stay charged, I doubt it would drain your batter over the course of a night. (think size of car battery vs size of a MP3 player's battery... can one's juice be dumped on another completely?) But, to be sure, you could do an experiment and let us all know :P
