2013 Accord LX Bluetooth Problem

2013 Accord LX Bluetooth Problem
Hello,
I am new to this forum and have a question for anyone that has the '13 Accord. I love my new ride and everything is running smoothly with the exception of my bluetooth microphone. Has anyone experienced problems with the mic? Everyone that I talk with through the mic in the car has difficulty hearing me from all the crackling and noise. I hear them crystal clear but it seems that the mic does a poor job of picking me up. I appreciate any insight or response!

We too, are having this same problem. I can hardly understand when my wife calls from
the car. We asked our salesman about this when we went in to pick up the license plates and he said that he had never heard of anyone else having this problem. He suggested that we get an new phone.
